On 21st August, Anqing Foreign Language School invited Mr. Wu, a professional development instructor to give some teachers the group training on rock climbing projects, such as the introduction of climbing equipment, the correct use of safety ropes, the proper wearing of safety clothes and trousers, the proper use of threaded master lock and O-shaped steel lock in addition to the use of the colorful eight loop and the flat belt. During the whole morning, dozens of knowledge points and main points were interpreted. Teachers listened carefully, learned carefully and felt fully fulfilled. During the drills in the afternoon, the teachers rubbed their hands and positively participated in each project under the guidance of the coach, which was both intense and cheerful.
The rock climbing project of our school’s expansion base is a rectangular structure of 6 meters in length, width and height. Besides the rock climbing project, it can also synchronously provide the experience of the upper broken bridge, Luding Bridge and the giant ladder project, which is not only the only expansion training program in the urban areas of Anqing City, but also the best place for all the units to organize their employees and young students to carry out the outreach activities.
It is reported that in order to make preparations for the professional talent pool, Anqing Foreign language School will select some excellent teachers to participate in the training and assessment of the national outdoor developers. In the meantime, the Youth Sports Club of Anqing Hongcheng Education is actively planning for the operation work in the subsequent phase and will select an appropriate time to open it to society.
